SnackSack is shipped on/around the 18th of each month. You will receive an email from us providing your unique UPS or USPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the link to update to show an estimated delivery date.
To guarantee yourself the current month of SnackSack, make sure you sign up on or before the 18th of the month. Any orders placed after the 18th will automatically be scheduled to receive their first SnackSack next month, unless otherwise specified on our website.
Your monthly SnackSack is delivered in our custom teal-colored SnackSack box. Our friends at UPS or USPS will be delivering your order within 2-5 days..
Provide your credit card information just one time via our safe and secure encrypted checkout. All subscription plans auto-renew for your convenience on the 25th day of every month. Super simple!

Due to the nature of the product being food, we’re NOT able to offer returns once a SnackSack is shipped. With that said, we're always willing to make things right if we did something wrong.
You can count on receiving 11-13 unique snacks each month, and 24 snacks in our XL plans. All of the snacks will be different each month.
